With fire-resistance properties
A certified fire-resistant Gardall ES1612E proved its capabilities to keep its contents inside undamaged under fire. It passed a one-hour fire endurance test where the safe was under an external temperature of 1700°F and maintained the interior temperature at less than 350°F. Additionally, it features a gray powder-coated paint finish that strengthened its fire protection capabilities. This type of paint is more resistant to flame than liquid because it went through a thermal curing process.

Gardall ES1612E has plated interlocking bolts that extend into its walls that prevent tampering and door removal from happening. The steel door can do a full 180-degree swing. It pivots on heavy-duty hinges with interlocking tongue and groove closure on all sides of the door frame, greatly helping during a fire. Only weighing 140 lbs., this can be taken quickly by burglars, so it is best to bolt it down to the base. Utilize the anchor hole during installation to provide better security and stability.
