Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for canceling an Order is within one business day from the moment the order has been processed. Once the product has been shipped, a third-party carrier has been appointed to take possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 3 business days from the time the order has been processed. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

City Safe strives to provide our clients with the best shopping experience possible. At any time, the customer can call City Safe for free consultations and questions about their safe

We stand by our products 100% and only sell Goods from the highest quality manufacturers. City Safe does not reuse or sell refurbished Goods. Unless explicitly written during the time of sale. Goods that have been used by previous owners, are no longer under warranty and thus can not be resold.

Since the Company does not resell used or refurbished products, the Company can not accept returns unless Goods have arrived damaged.

All sales are final unless Goods have arrived damaged by the manufacturer or shipping carrier. In the event goods have arrived damaged, you will be sent a free replacement of the same product you ordered. You will also be provided a shipping label to send the damaged goods back to the manufacturer. In order to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:

The Company has received all evidence including photos and videos of the defective goods in order to:

  • Process the request with the Good manufacturer
  • The Goods have arrived in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • All claims within the 30 days of Goods arrival with being handled through CITY SAFE & VAULT. After 30 days, any warranty and replacement claims should be made directly with the Goods manufacturer.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the address specified in the shipping label provided by the Company. If a replacement request has been approved you will be provided a shipping label. Goods must be returned in original packaging.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Every Goods City Safe provides comes directly from the manufacturer. Under no circumstance with City Safe sell refurbished or used Goods. Since used Goods can not be resold, all sales are final and cannot be canceled from the moment the Goods order has been processed.
